We saw further pain in the treasury auctions this week, as yields surged higher on the tail of the auction which is never a sign of health for the US. Since the US is a free market, nobody is required to buy treasuries, money coming from the banks is going into the greatest yield which currently is the equity market. With the BTFP ending in March, what if the banks constriction of credit becomes the beginning of a raging bond rally?

A quick look at forex, gold, and oil. What is going on and is there a set up to coincide with a bigger move in equities?
