mtof~ (custom tunings in Max) : Fundamentals of Sequencing, Episode 7

Описание к видео mtof~ (custom tunings in Max) : Fundamentals of Sequencing, Episode 7

Video 7 in our Fundamentals of Sequencing series looks at the mtof~ object in Max MSP. This object converts MIDI note values to frequency, which is useful any time you’re working with audible frequencies. With Max 8.5, mtof~ also supports scale mapping using Scala files, which allows you to play music in any scale imaginable and even design your own scales and tunings.
