First Snow ❄️ of the Year 2024 | Driving Tour | Vancouver, Washington

A winter storm hit the Portland area and Southwest Washington including Vancouver, Washington Saturday January 13, 2024. Wind gusts was up to 50 mph in the I-205 bridge with the easterly wind coming from the Columbia Gorge. Temperatures plummeted to a single digits with the wind chills to an even lower number.
