Catch and Cook Surf Perch on the Beach

Catching and cooking on the beach. Surf fishing the Oregon coast on an incoming high tide is the best time to catch redtail surf perch. They are great eating, especially when you cook them fresh right on the beach. I cooked rice and pan seared the surf perch.
