Ingredients (材料):
【For four 10cm round containers II 四个10公分圆盒子】
1. Soya 豆奶 (1 L)
2. Agar agar powder 燕菜粉 (1tsp)

Optional
Brown sugar ginger tea 黑糖姜母茶

Note:
1) Must keep stirring throughout the process otherwise the soy milk might catch at the bottom and get burnt if you stop stirring
2) You can adjust the texture of the soy milk pudding by adjusting the amount of agar agar powder. If you prefer the slightly harder pudding texture, you may increase the agar agar powder
3) Make sure to bring the mixture of soy milk and agar to a boil (for around 5 mins) to ensure the agar agar melts completely.
4) Agar agar can only be dissolved when the mixture reached 80'c above. After being cooled down to less than 40'c, it will start to set the mixture​

备注:
1)全程一定要不停搅拌哦,否则豆奶沉淀然后会烧焦哦
2)如果想调整布丁的软硬度,可以调整燕菜粉的分量哟。如果喜欢更扎实口感的布丁,可以增加燕菜粉的分量哦
3) 记得让豆奶和燕菜粉煮到沸腾大约五分钟以确保燕菜粉完全溶解
4) 液体必须超过80‘c以上才能令燕菜粉溶解哦。当温度开始下降至少过40’c, 液体会开始凝固了
