The books I talk about are "Old Remedies for Modern Living - An Encyclopaedia of Forgotten Herbal Cures" by Samantha Almond and "Foraged Condiments - Wild Plant Recipes for Sauces, Chutneys, Ferments and Drinks" by Natasha Lloyd. Both books are published by Aeon Books and can be purchased as an e-book as well as a print version. I highly recommend these books as both encourage an engagement with Nature and healing plants.
