I did some demonstrations and tests with this adjustable regulated power supply with LCD display. The display shows incoming Volts, outgoing Volts, Amps, Watts, Temperature. Output voltage undependable of the input voltage, higher or lower, no problem. Other buck converters may of course give other specifications and performance results. Be aware that if you want to use it as a charger, the output of the model needs to be protected against incoming voltage. Check the description in the advertisement of the product before you buy.
