ENS has absolutely taken over the market these past few days, reaching #1 spot in daily volume.
Here is some insight on what you should do if you want to play the game:

In basic terms, ENS allows a user to create a universal nickname for your public addresses and decentralized websites. It serves the same purpose as PFPS (digital identity) and is kind of similar to exclusive domains. Instead of having unreadable and long string of keys for each crypto address, you’ll have a single ENS domain, like “Leo.eth,” where you can receive any kind of crypto and NFTs.

You might need quite some liquidity to play the game. ENS Domains might take a while to sell. Remember to take profits due to the risk involved. I have made some screenshots creating some recap and insight.
