Reversed Seared Ribeyes! SNS Grills Master Kettle! MeatStick V!

The Slow ’N Sear Master Kettle is an outstanding grill! And using the MeatStick V from start through searing is a game changer! Perfect temps and Perfect Ribeyes!

• Started with two nice Ribeyes, Choice Cut
• Salt brined the ribeyes and put in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
• Set up the SNS MasterKettle Grill direct and indirect cooking.
• Lit the charcoal in the Slow ‘N Sear to hold around 250F degrees.
• Placed the two ribeyes on the indirect side until they reached about 80F degrees and then turned them over to promote even cooking until 115F and pulled them off. This step took about 1 hour.
• Let the grill get super-hot.
• Seared for 1 minute each side 2 times and removed them.
• We had 2 perfectly cooked ribeyes!
