How to crochet the DANDELION STITCH (a variation of the daisy/star stitch)

A quick tutorial n how to crochet the dandelion stitch- a modified version of the crochet daisy or star stitch. This is the stitch used in my Dandelion Dreams Baby Blanket Pattern! (as well as in the Dandelion Dance Shawl and Dandelion Drops Wall Hanging!)

**Edited to add: in the video I mention using this stitch as a substitute for the daisy or star stitch. While it will give you the same stitch count, due to the HDCs (instead of SC) in Row B this stitch is a taller modified version so if you're substituting it into an existing pattern, please note that your row height and yardage will be effected.
