[MOD] Air Rally 3?

^ PLACE EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE 'Tickflow' FOLDER WHERE YOU'D NORMALLY PLACE YOUR MODS.

So, anyways, we take a look at a modded Air Rally 2 on the 3DS. It has:
-New Custom Cue
-Camera Distraction
-Randomized Cat Distances
-Text Box Conversation between the characters
Does NOT have:
-New Music
-Texture Changes
-Modded Prologue
-Modded Epilogue/Ratings

Also this is not mentioned in the video but I did change the cat's voice back to the Wii version for the second-closest rally, simply for sake of personal preference.
