A capping and labeling production line for chemicals, washer fluids, coolers and more.

The machine consists of a centrifugal sorter, which is responsible for precise sorting of closures and introducing them into the capping system. The automatic servo-driven capping machine is designed for capping with a preset force and torque. Changeover is very fast thanks to dedicated format elements, and operation on the operator panel is extremely intuitive.

Automatic labeling machine designed for labeling flat, round or conical packages. It is possible to retrofit the labeling machine with systems that print the date or batch number on the package, as well as receiving or feeding tables, which make it easier to put packages into the machine and receive them.

The device is fully modular - we can adapt it to different production lines. All production of the machine takes place in Poland, Europe. This is especially important for the delivery and service of the machine.
