It is the seventeenth and final track of the second disc of the Clannad Original Soundtrack album. An off-vocal version of the song can also be found as the sixteenth track in the third disc of the same album. "Small Palms" is used in the "Clannad ~After Story~" episode with the same name. Its introduction and chorus melodies are borrowed from the song "Nagisa".
