Hey friends,
Here is a bit of a mental health update, discussing some things we've discovered over the past months/year.
We discuss what symptoms we noticed, how we were diagnosed, insights from our psychiatrist and what ADHD/ADD really is and what how being a dual ADHD couple affects our relationship.

We were hesitant about publishing this video, but we hope that a lot of you might find it helpful and insightful - especially in women, a lot of these disorders are misdiagnosed or simply ignored.
