In this video, I'm going to show you some seated warm up exercises that you can do before any physical activity. These exercises will help you increase your blood circulation, loosen up your joints and muscles, and prevent injuries. All you need is a chair and some water. So grab your chair and let's get started!

Neck circles - gently rotate your neck clockwise three times and counterclockwise three times
Overhead reaching - bend your elbows to your sides, and reach overhead 6 times
Shoulder circles - keep your arm straight or slightly bent from the elbows and draw big circles with your arms backwards three times and forwards three times
Shoulder, internal and external rotation - shoulders and elbows are bent at 90° and bring your arm to point forward and up back-and-forth six times
Wrist rotations - rotate your wrists going in six times and going out six times
Hand pumping - open and close your hands six times
Trunk rotation - hold your hands together and bring your arms straight forward and rotate your trunk side to side six times
Reach up and down - reach as up and back and then down as low as tou can 6 times
Knee up - bring one knee up and down six times
Kicking - kick to the front three times and to the side three times
Ankle rotations - bring your leg up off the floor and draw circles with your ankle 6×1 direction and six times the opposite direction
Heel Up - bring your heel up 6 times
Toes up - point your toes up 6 times
