QUICK & EASY Korean Egg Toast Recipe 🍳🍞🇰🇷 | EGGDROP Korean Street Food at Home

Here is a quick recipe for how to make aesthetic Korean egg toasts! These were inspired by this sandwich shop I had in Korea called Eggdrop. These taste very similar to the exact thing and I highly recommend you guies try making it at home!

🌟Ingredients used (makes 2 sandwiches):
A Loaf of Brioche cut into two-inch slices then cut 60% of the way through
6 Eggs
3Tbsp Heavy Cream
Pinch of Salt
4 Bacon
2.5Tbsp Butter
2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
1Tbsp of Sugar
Sprinkle of Dried Parsley
1/8cup Condensed milk
1/4cup Japanese Mayo
