In this Victoria 3 challenge run, I start as Krakow, one of the smallest and most difficult nations in the game, trapped under Austrian domination. The goal? Break free, form Poland, complete the Expanding the Commonwealth journal entry, unlock the “Not Yet Lost” achievement — and then conquer all of North America.

What begins as a desperate survival run quickly turns into a full alternate-history nightmare as Poland expands far beyond Europe, reclaiming the legacy of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and pushing its borders across the Atlantic. This run combines journal entries, achievement hunting, warfare, diplomacy, and aggressive map painting in one of the most ambitious Krakow playthroughs possible.
