Update S-Video to SCART for MiSTer FPGA

Since S-Video doesn't support all cores on the MiSTer FPGA. I switched over to VGA to SCART to get RGB color output for my favourite core the ao486.
This cable has a 470Ω resistor installed on the sync line inside the connector. It's needed for safe signal levels for all video equipment.
It's easy to install. I used a cable with a separate audio mini jack plug.
If you haven't used an S-Video adapter you don't have to undo any settings in the MiSTer.ini file.
You need to check and set these:
forced_scandoubler=0
composite_sync=1
vga_scaler=0
and
direct_video=0 (use 1 only with a VGA converter via the HDMI port.)
