North Yorkshire Moors Railway behind HELLFIRE GOIL, 31466 05/08/2024

For the first time, I visited the NYMR a short while ago and here's some footage of 31466 thrashing up the steep gradients between Grosmont/Goathland and Levisham/Goathland. The loco was hauling 4 MK1s so not the heaviest load but we still get to hear the taps open, especially after leaving Levisham! We end at the beautifully peaceful Newton Dale Holt which I highly recommend people stop at for some tranquillity.
