Cinnamon Bun (CB) and Morty are free-roam rabbits with access to the whole house and their own bunny room. Watch them groom each other, do bunny zoomies and binkies, cuddle, and sleep in adorable bunny flop positions. This video showcases real rabbit behavior and body language, which is important for bonding with pet rabbits. Morty is an adopted rabbit and is likely a Chinchilla and Silver Marten mix, while CB may be a Harlequin and Holland Lop mix.

We never expected to face another emergency so soon.
After recovering from a broken foot, our rabbit suddenly stopped eating and showed signs of severe pain. For rabbit owners, this is one of the most terrifying situations — and for several hours, we truly thought we might lose her.

We tried a tummy massage like we’ve done before, but this time it didn’t help. With hours to go before our vet appointment, her condition continued to worry us. When we finally saw the vet, they believed her pain was caused by bone spurs. She was prescribed three medications and needed Critical Care feeding to keep her going.

Thankfully, after a long and stressful day, she began eating again and is now stable.

This video documents what happened, what we learned, and why it’s so important to act fast when a rabbit stops eating.
