CROSSING is a multiple percussion duo composed in 2021 based on railroad crossings in the midwestern United States. The brake drum and "zil bel" represent the railroad crossing bells while the different rhythms and grooves introduced represent the different graffiti art often painted on the sides of passing train cars.
