Peter Parker had just discovered his powers as Spider-Man and decided to test his abilities in a real fight. As he swung through New York, he heard about a robbery and rushed to the scene. There, he faced his first villain, a brutal gangster named Shocker.

What Peter didn't know was that the Avengers were watching him from a distance to see if he had what it takes to be a hero. After a tough battle, Spider-Man managed to defeat Shocker. But this victory was short-lived. Shocker's followers, the Anti-Spideys, swore revenge and attacked Spider-Man.

As the situation began to spiral out of control, the Avengers stepped in. Together, they fought against the Anti-Spideys and ultimately defeated them. Impressed by Spider-Man's courage and skills, the Avengers welcomed him into their ranks.

In the end, they celebrated their victory together, and Peter Parker knew he was now part of something bigger – a true Avenger
