How to unlock The Gold saucer in FFXIV

must be level 15 and complete the envoy quest in the main story. talk to the well heeled youth in uldah. north of the aetheryte plaza crystal. head to airship landing and gain access to the gold saucer. this zone is required to complete the main story in stormblood and participate in the make it rain event.
