This is a character overview of the Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 cast going in order of best to worst in Justin Wong's 2020 UMVC3 tier list. This is part 1 and I am working on getting out the rest, for now this video contains the top 10 characters in the game. This I hope is useful to someone who is picking up the game and wants a rundown of what the characters assets are.
