1. Want to do this training little different which I was dreaming for a very long time.
2. There will b a significant difference in what v gonna do
3. I will consider this more like a LT n LP
4. In LT v basically teach u, n ask u to practice to master the courses so that u become better at it.
5. In LP v give an actual Project, which can b put up on ur resume as part of what u worked. This is an actual real time Project. N then v do a review of it periodically n give u feedback.
6. In this specific training I wish to combine both of them
7. How n y will explain to u - The primary purpose of the fact that I hv been dreaming to build a dream automation framework from very long time. I will not hv the band width in terms of time to make this happen always.
8. But I felt y not I involve larger audience for my training community to b able to do this.
9. Typically when I do trainings for  Sel using web driver with JAVA/C#/Python the current ones that v offer, I start with 

1. basics of automation
2. Sel IDE 
3. how v do element identification 
4. combine webdriver essentials 
5. Start working with a programming language
6. combining frameworks into it
This is the typical approach we take always, by following this most of your learning curve  probably struggled earlier is being cleared.
