Houda Noussi uses her personal journey with her daughter with Down Syndrome, to debunk unnecessary and limiting codes and beliefs. She takes you along on her personal journey. From being confronted with her own codes about Down Syndrome, to realizing that we should not think in limitations. From trying to "fix" kids that were never broken to begin with, to creating safe environments for our kids, with or without disabilities. The only disability is a bad attitude.
Houda Noussi is an award winning Spoken Word artist and Down Syndrome advocate. Advocating for true inclusion on different levels. Houda is a storyteller and poet, using spoken word to create a difference. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
