This is a humble attempt to appreciate my admiration for the soulful voice of K Will together with the heart-wrenching story in the Music Video, the overall mood of the Song, the visuals, the performances, the endless layers of grief in the story-telling of the song, "NO SAD SONG FOR MY BROKEN HEART".
And not to leave out humans' RELENTLESS SUFFERING' through the-all-pervasive LOVE. I suffered with the characters, the sound of the words, the voice and the music. The tremendous grief from the music video transferred effortlessly into my being which was totally unexpected yet comforting in its own way.
The emotion that his voice brings across in this particular song is SOUL-STIRRING. The respect I have for his voice, the music, the painful story, the highly IMPACTFUL Lyrics (though I am sure a lot would've been lost in translation), pushed me to go this far (though am not a singer) - to write the lyrics in my languages Tamil & Hindi, sing, record and share it with the world.
I took utmost care to grasp the sound of the Korean Language. Since I don't know Korean, the emotions for words might be misplaced. The tempo and the pitch also vary. Laugh it off, if you find my pronunciation, tempo and pitch completely unacceptable. This is just a mindful attempt to show how deeply i was impacted by this song. :)
Brilliant story-telling through the song, backed up by talented performers Seo In-guk & Ahn Jae Hyun (their eyes, the expression et all) and a whole team that has collaborated as a single cell, turned the music video into a heart-touching VICARIOUS life experience! The Song clearly syncs with anyone who has gone through a heart-breaking separation.
I am glad to have crossed paths with both the music videos, "Please Don't" and 'No Sad Song For My Broken Heart".
Music transcends all barriers. This song is proof of that.
