Lei Luo is very one-dimensional hero on the surface. A hero that focuses on dealing high bursts of damage using slow firing, critical hit based weapons, ei, sniper rifles, or a lightning bolting secondary skill focused build that zaps smaller enemies and has more AoE. Both builds can work well, but the latter tends to lack the single target damage you might need, and the former lacks any substantial AoE usually to deal with smaller trash.

Of course, those are just the "on the surface" builds. In reality there are many more, and one of those is this one. With the current season, any build that makes use of high magazine weapons with a fast fire rate is strong due to the extremely reliable instant reloads with the Talismans power gems. Its even more overpowered with Demonlore, as the gem triggering and reloading your bullets does not actually count as a reload for the purposes of the Demonlore crit damage stacks, meaning its stupid easy to maintain 99 stacks at all times.

This was a pretty weird and whacky run to be honest. I had nowhere near enough damage mitigation going into the final battles I thought, but it turns out simply having enough overwhelming damage can make short work of the final set of elites.
