Ingredients of Egg Tadka Recipe:
1. Boiled green moong dal / Tarkar Daal (100 gm).
2. Ginger paste (1 tsp).
3. Garlic paste (1 tsp).
4. Chopped onion (1 big size).
5. Chopped tomato (1 big size).
6. Chopped green chilli (3 no).
7. Cumin powder (½ tsp).
8. Turmeric powder (½ tsp).
9. Garam masala powder (½ tsp).
10. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
11. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
12. 2 eggs.
13. Salt (as per your taste).
14. Sugar (as per your taste).
15. Refined oil (4 tbsp).

Methods of how to cook Egg Tadka:
1. Beat the eggs with 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 pinch of salt.
2. Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp oil in it .
3. Fry the eggs and keep it aside.
4. Now take 3 tbsp oil in pan.
5. Add chopped onion and fry well.
6. Add 1 tsp ginger paste, and 1 tsp garlic paste. Mix it well. Cook in medium flame for 2 min.
7. Add ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder. Mix it well.
8. Add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp sugar. Add some water and cook for 1 min.
9. Now add chopped tomato and chopped green chilli. Cook in medium flame for 2 min.
10. Add boiled tarka dal and fried eggs. Cook in high flame for 2 min.
11. Add ½ cup water. Cover it for 5 min in medium flame.
12. After 5 min add ¼ tsp black peeper powder and ½ tsp garam masala powder. Mix it well.
13. Taste it. Add more salt or sugar as per your taste.
14. Now cook in high for 2 min.
15. Put off gas oven.
16. Serve hot Egg Tadka with hot roti, paratha, naan, tandoori roti etc.
