Best Way to Catch Spring Steelhead (OHIO)

Today me and Blake went to our favorite river to catch some steelhead. We used emerald shiners which have shown to be one of the best live baits out there for steelhead. We caught a lot of quality fish including some smallies and a bonus catfish.
