The roar of tractors has replaced the silence of destruction in Kheri, Hisar, Haryana. Beyond saving the farmers, this initiative has restored the supply of green fodder for livestock, preventing a major animal welfare crisis. The residents now look upon Him as a divine guardian who sacrificed institutional development to save human lives.
