Kuruvilla Joseph, a Motor Vehicle Inspector at the Kakkanad RTO, is an ardent admirer of popular actor Hareendran, whose film shoot faces delays due to an urgent personal situation abroad. With the movie nearing completion, a missing driving licence creates an unexpected hurdle for final permissions. Due to official complications, political influence is used to speed up the process, leading to a private meeting that soon attracts unwanted media attention. A misunderstanding spirals into public controversy, affecting reputations on both sides. Rivalries and false impressions further complicate matters, drawing families and the press into the situation. What begins as admiration turns into conflict driven by miscommunication and ego. Eventually, truth surfaces, misunderstandings are resolved, and harmony is restored, bringing the story to a satisfying close.
