No one is coming.

It's true.

No one is coming to do the work to change your life, your job, your body or your relationships.

Whenever I feel stuck, frustrated or lost I tell myself "no one's coming."

It is not only true - it's very motivating. It always makes me (as my mother says) "pull up my big girl panties" and just face whatever it is I don't wanna deal with.

And yet…

Once you make that decision to change… Always and I mean always ask for help.
