Switzerland Countryside lifestyle is another great things . Today I am in a Swiss Village Altnau. Altnau is a quaint village in the canton of Thurgau, Switzerland.
Altnau is actually quite renowned for its fruit production, particularly apples. The region's climate and fertile soil make it an ideal place for growing a variety of fruits. You'll find extensive apple orchards, and the local farmers produce everything from fresh apples to apple cider and other apple-based products.

Besides apples, the area also grows pears and other stone fruits like cherries. During the harvest season, you can often find roadside stands selling fresh produce directly from the farms, which is a real treat.

One of the highlights in Altnau is the “Apple Trail” (Apfelweg), which is a wonderful walking path that takes you through the picturesque landscape dotted with apple trees. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and learn a bit about the local agriculture.

The village itself has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with traditional Swiss architecture and friendly locals. Plus, it's not too far from larger cities like Kreuzlingen and Konstanz, so you can easily explore the surrounding areas.
