Testing top speed on my Hangkai 4hp 4-stroke outboard motor. I adjusted the motor tilt angle, installed new NGK spark plug, new aluminium propeller and a DIY exhaust muffler/pipe.
Is this motor worth buying? Absolutely, but it is not a 4hp motor, it is more like 2hp.
Important! never let the motor lie down filled with oil and gasoline, oil will leak into the cylinder! not a big problem as you can see in the video but still a bit annoying. Same with gasoline, if you fill it up full it will leak out if the motor isn't in upright position.
