Rojana chunks curry || Rojana Badi Recipe || Rozana Badhi sabji

Ingredients:
Potato, oil, Rojana chunks , garlic, tomato, onion, salt, water, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, meat masala

Process:
Step 1: Boil potatoes. Boil rojana chunks
Step 2: Chop onion, chop tomato and mash garlic
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Put mashed garlic and fry it for 2mins. Then add chopped onion to it. Fry it until the colour changes to brown. Then add chopped tomatoes to it. Mix it properly. Put turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, meat masala, salt. Stir it nicely.
Step 4: then put boiled rojana, boiled potatoes. Stir it.
Step 5: then add water as per the gravy requirement.
Let it boil for sometime.

Finally, Rojana curry is ready to eat.
