INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
1 stick (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup (100 grams) lightly packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon milk (any kind)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 (190 grams) cups all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
3/4 cup (128 grams) miniature chocolate chips

For the chocolate coating:
16 ounces (454 grams) semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening
2 ounces (57 grams) white chocolate, for garnish, optional
Decorative sprinkles, if desired
