Hi guys!
Today I’m cooking for my lovely daughter Juul. Juul is almost one year old and already a huge fish fan. We’ll prep a very accessible seafood baby meal: a poached plaice fillet with fennel, grapes, carrots and potatoes. Experts recommend to start feeding your baby fish from 8 months to 1 year old. Just like adults, babies can eat fish twice a week. It’s highly nutritious, full of protein and of course delicious! Babies love white fish because of the texture and the soft taste. The fish in this meal can easily be replaced with haddock, cod, hake, flatfish etc.
Your baby will love it and you might as well enjoy it yourself...
