On May 10th we kayaked the Mosquito Lagoon, part of the Indian River lagoon, we launched from the Beacon 42 Boat Ramp and paddled south toward Haulover Canal, we paddled by areas which used to be part of the towns of Allenhurst, Clifton and Shiloh. These towns were thriving before the arrival of the Kennedy Space Center.
