釈迦堂 念佛宗無量壽寺総本山「佛教之王堂」
高さ31.3ｍ（基壇、棟飾り込）、桁行（幅）39.2ｍ、梁間（奥行）33.0ｍ

中華人民共和国、工芸美術大師・佘國平佛師制作、全高10.8ｍの釈迦牟尼世尊像を祀っている。
その、深い慈悲を湛えた尊容は、仰ぐ者全てに、佛法の尊さを教え、佛像の頂部を覆うまでに深く屈曲した光背の美しさは、古来の歴史を顧みても比べるものがない。
四囲の欄間には、錠光如来から阿弥陀佛に至るまでの五十五佛の佛像、釈尊一代記、龍の彫刻、また、木鼻を厳飾する佛法守護の象と獅子の彫刻等々、１,４６４点の彫刻群によって荘厳されている。

The Sakyamuni Hall
This hall enshrines the golden image of Sakyamuni Buddha with the height of 10.8 meters carved by Mr. She Guo Ping, a living national treasure of China. The dignified countenance filled with deep compassion tells how precious the Dharma is to everyone who looks up at the image. The boat-shaped halo inflected deep nearly reaches the crown of the head, whose beauty is outstanding among the known examples in art history. The transoms on the four sides of the building are decorated with sculptures of dragons and the 55 Buddhas in the past from Dipamkara Buddha to Amida Buddha, along with carvings depicting the life of Sakyamuni Buddha. The nosings are decorated with lions and elephants both protecting the Dharma. Also enshrined in this hall are Buddhist images dedicated by the Supreme Patriarchs and the supreme Buddhist leaders representing 33 countries and 1 region in the world as well as the Kings of the Buddhist countries.

It is the first construction of an authentic full-scale Buddhist temple since the erection of the main temple of Obakushu Buddhist Sect in 1661.A total of roughly 3.5 million people joined forces to construct the Royal Grand Hall of Buddhism and completed the entire temple in only seven years without even a single accident.The Royal Grand Hall of Buddhism, in its vast precincts of over 180 hectares, has the Front Gate, the North Gate, the South Gate, the Main Gate, the Washstand, the Ksitigarbha Hall, the Prince Shotoku Hall, the Five-story Pagoda, the North Bell Tower, the South Bell Tower, the Main Halls including the Amida Hall and the Sakyamuni Hall and the Avalokitesvara Hall, the Sutra Hall, the Merit-transference Hall, the Okunoin Hall, the International Buddhist Conference Hall, the Sangha Hall, and the Main Building. All the buildings are decorated with 10,524 sculptures and statues and more than 450,173 metal carvings.
