While this has been reported in various news outlets as starting in early June, so far the changes have not yet been implemented. You will still need to check Thailand's VISA requirements before booking any travel.

UPDATE: July 15 2024, the changes have been published in the Royal Gazette and now its official.


Thailand is making massive positive changes to its visa system. The range of countries eligible for visa-free entry has grown from 57 to 93!
