let’s spend a perfect rainy fall day together .. that wasn’t spent cooped up in the house! bringing you with me to the craziest european inspired cafe, a korean vintage/thrift book + record store, sharing my fav autumn sheet pan dinner and chatting about some fall favorites for the 2024 season.

maple glazed brussels sprouts + squash recipe:
chop up brussels + squash. i used frozen but this will work better if you use fresh veggies
coat veggies in light olive oil and + salt, then roast on 200F for 10 minutes
remove veggies from oven + drizzle on maple syrup and a sprinkling of brown sugar (sorry yall i didn’t measure anything lol)
place back into the oven for 10ish more minutes or until veggies appear brown
remove from oven and add chopped walnuts/almonds + dried cranberries
