Matchbox was big during the 1970s and so was the hobby of building plastic scale model kits. You know what else was big at the time? People's interest in World War 2. There were so many manufacturers of model kit competing for buyers. And just about the best way to sell a model was to have a dramatic and theatrical battle scene depicted on the box cover. No one was better at this than the incredible artist, Roy Huxley. Join me on a nostalgic journey back through time and relive some of the glorious, golden years of plastic model kits and their artwork. What the hell, it only takes about 9 minutes of your time. How's that compare to the 15+ hours that it took me to make this bad mama-jama. XOXO, Bob
