☀️ A closer look at 10 beaches in Tacoma

Taking a closer look at 10 beaches in the Tacoma area. Puget Sound student Addie Tinkham ’22 spent last summer cataloging beach slope, length, and sand grain size at western Washington beaches. She hopes the data she collected can be used to track sea-level rise and beach development in the years to come. This project was part of Addie's 2020 summer research work with University of Puget Sound.
