Film Break Down: Duke pick and roll 2 man game from X

I break down one of Duke's 2 man plays from X. In this one attackman Jordan Wolf #31 dodges off of a pick from midfielder David Lawson #2 draws a double team from Syracuse defender David Hamlin #31 and short stick defensive midfielder Drew Jenkins #37.

Wolf passes the ball back to Lawson to complete the pick and roll. Lawson attacks the other side and draws a slide from Peter Macartney #28.

As Hamlin recovers Jenkins ends up stuck guarding Wolf and shuts him off to try to deny him the ball.

Syracuse defenders Sean Young #27, Brian Megill #11 and Matt Pratt #10 are stuck trying to guard Duke's Josh Offit #25, Josh Dionne #8, Jake Tripucka #7 and Case Matheis #9.

Lawson manages to roll back get a step on Macartney drawing a slide from Megill before taking a shot that is saved by Syracuse goalie Dominic Lamolinara.
