1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
11/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup nuts
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 raisins
1 cup coconut

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
8 OZ. cream cheese(room temperature)
3-4 tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
1-2 cups powdered sugar(i used one cup)
1 tbsp. milk
