By incorporating this bending simulation into the production process, Friesenborg Anlagebau GmbH was able to increase productivity by more than 50%. The downtimes of the press brakes have been reduced to a minimum.

The software enables precise simulation of the bending processes in advance, in addition to the precise processing in AutoPOL, which unwinds sheet metal parts with an accuracy of a tenth of a millimetre - deduction values and tool occupancy are also taken into account here. This precision not only reduces waste, but also improves the quality of the end products.

Offline programming for your press brakes - unwinding & bending simulation

3D file formats from all common CAD manufacturers can be imported and processed. The bending simulation takes over the offline programming of CNC press brakes.

Optionally, you can design 3D parts yourself, process funnels and tubes from a library or use AutoPOL functions fully automatically ERP/PPS-integrated for 24/7 processing, parts programming, calculation, webshop or preliminary planning.
