Welcome to our tutorial on creating interactive PDFs effortlessly using Microsoft PowerPoint. Whether you’re a teacher, designer, or business professional, interactive PDFs can enhance engagement and provide a dynamic experience for your audience.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to create your own interactive PDF:

1. Document Sizing:
Open a blank PowerPoint presentation.
Adjust the slide size according to your requirements (e.g., 4:3 or 16:9) via the Design tab.

2. Content Division:
Divide your content into logical sections or tabs. For example, I’ve divided mine into three tabs.

3. Creating Interactive Elements:
Place a shape (e.g., rectangle) over the text or object you want to make clickable.
Remove the fill and outline colors from the shape.
Go to the Insert tab.
Click the Link dropdown and choose “Link to Place in This Document.”
Select the slide you want to redirect to when the shape is clicked.
Repeat this process for other tabs or objects.

4. Slide Master (Optional):
You can also set up links in the slide master for consistent navigation across slides.

5. Export as PDF:
Once your interactive elements are in place, go to the Export tab.
Click “Create PDF” to save your interactive PDF.
