[PAYDAY 3] Fear and Greed Solo Loud - Overkill - Max value exchanged + MINIGUN! - No favors

New heist from the Fear & Greed DLC for Payday 3. You have to wait for the value to reach 10 million to get the maximum amount even if you complete the objectives early. You also can't let them interrupt the circuit breaker overrides or you'll be unable to get the maximum value.
