शाही पनीर बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २~३ उभे चिरलेले कांदे
• ४ चिरलेले टोमॅटो
• ७~८ काजू
• ३~४ चमचे गोविंद बटर
• १/२ चमचा गरम मसाला
• १ चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• थोडं पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• २५० ग्रॅम्स गोविंद पनीर
• १ चमचा कसुरी मेथी
• १ चमचा फ्रेश क्रीम

Shahi paneer is a popular north Indian Recipe. This recipe turns out perfectly restaurant style. It gets nice texture, color and consistency. Shahi means royalty and this sabzi gives you exactly that feeling. It has rich, thick and creamy gravy along soft paneer. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 2~3 sliced Onions
• 3 chopped Tomatoes
• 7~8 Cashew nuts
• 3~4 tsp Govind Butter
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• A little Water
• Salt to taste
• 250 gm Govind Paneer
• 1 tsp Kasuri methi
• 1 tsp fresh Cream

Method:
• For making masala heat up a pan on medium heat and add onions, tomatoes, cashew nuts.
• Mix well, cover and cook until everything is cooked well for about 7-8 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
• Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend it into paste.
• Do not use water while blending. Masala or vatan is ready.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add Govind butter and strain the blended masala into it.
• Mix well and fry well for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, red chili powder and fry everything
well together for about 5-6 minutes.
• When oil begins to release from the masala add water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
• Add salt and simmer gravy for about 6-7 minutes.
• Add Govind paneer and mix well.
• Add kasuri methi and mix well.
• Cook for just 3-4 minutes more after adding paneer.
• Add fresh cream and mix well.
• You can use homemade malai in place of fresh cream.
• Turn off the gas and shahi paneer is all ready.
• You can serve it with naan, roti or paratha.
